WinRHIZO 是一套用于洗根后的分析根系的多功能軟件系統(tǒng),可以分析根系長(zhǎng)度、直徑、面積、體積、根尖記數(shù)等,功能強(qiáng)大,操作簡(jiǎn)單,廣泛運(yùn)用于根系形態(tài)和構(gòu)造研究。
儀器內(nèi)置專門的雙光源照明系統(tǒng),有效的去除了陰影和不均勻現(xiàn)象的影響,從而提供高分辨率的彩色圖像和黑白圖像,讀取TIFF,JPEG 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)格式的圖像。并采用非統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法測(cè)量計(jì)算出交叉重疊部分根系長(zhǎng)度等參量,大大提高了分析結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。同時(shí),Pro版軟件還可以進(jìn)行更加復(fù)雜的根系顏色分析、連接分析、拓?fù)浞治龊头旨?jí)伸展分析。

· 對(duì)未接觸到一起的幼苗、根系或其他樣品,獨(dú)立進(jìn)行分區(qū)并分析;除了對(duì)圖像中的總樣品進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析外,對(duì)每個(gè)獨(dú)立的樣品亦可進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析
· 可根據(jù)圖像類型,將樣品邊界框的長(zhǎng)度和寬度轉(zhuǎn)換成植物的高度和寬度或葉片的長(zhǎng)度和寬度
· 對(duì)圖像中每個(gè)獨(dú)立的物體自動(dòng)進(jìn)行面積計(jì)算(如果不事先對(duì)圖像進(jìn)行編輯,則重疊部分不計(jì)算,接觸到的物體算一個(gè))

圖像撲捉系統(tǒng):經(jīng)過廠家調(diào)試的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)根系掃描設(shè)備,匹配專門的光源,根系固定裝置等。
· STD4800:掃描面積 22×30 cm,投影面積 20×25 cm,分辨率 4800 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.005 mm
· LA2400:超大掃描面積 31x44 cm,投影面積 31x42 cm,分辨率 2400 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.011 mm
