植物冠層分析系統(tǒng)——WinSCANOPY

主要功能

使用 180 度魚眼鏡頭和高清晰度數(shù)碼相機(jī)從植物冠層下方或森林地面向上獲取植物冠層圖像,然后通過處理影像數(shù)據(jù)文件來獲取與冠層結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān)的葉面積指數(shù)、光照間隙及間隙分布狀況等參數(shù)。

通過分析輻射數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)信息,WinSCANOPY 能夠測算出冠層截獲的 PAR 以及冠層下方的輻射水平。其軟件可以計(jì)算輻射指標(biāo)、冠層指標(biāo)、測量地點(diǎn)的光線覆蓋狀況及直射與漫射光的分布。

Mask 功能:View caps 屏蔽某一影像區(qū)域, 以便對特定的區(qū)域中作出有效的直接分析。 可在 0-360 度轉(zhuǎn)角和方向內(nèi)任意設(shè)定。 圖表分析功能:直接輻射、 漫輻射、 總輻射變化;一天內(nèi)每個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)的冠層上下的輻射變化;季節(jié)內(nèi)特定天內(nèi)的每天輻射變化;GAP 隨每個(gè)提升高度或方向上,以及LAI葉面積指數(shù)的變化。

冠層結(jié)構(gòu)測量參數(shù):透光面積,間隙指數(shù),葉面積指數(shù)(LAI),葉傾角分布(LAD) ,平均葉傾角(MLA),葉片投影系數(shù),單株葉密度,叢生指數(shù),單株 LAI,分析單獨(dú)葉面積和土壤覆蓋層非半球圖片,個(gè)別冠層分析,間隙大小分配,全畫面魚眼圖像分析。

輻射測量參數(shù):散射因子,林冠上方和下方直接輻射和散射,特殊時(shí)期的直接輻射及總輻射部分,直射、散射、總輻射因子,林冠下直射時(shí)間比率,地面坡度,每日光斑分布。
