應(yīng)用于水生生物學(xué)與海洋生物學(xué)、潮間帶生態(tài)學(xué)、珊瑚研究、湖泊生態(tài)學(xué)等領(lǐng)域。原位測(cè)量珊瑚、
大型海藻、沉水植物生理活性測(cè)量儀器。也可用于測(cè)量雨季陸生高等植物的光合活性??蓽y(cè)量微藻,但不太適合于自然水體中的浮游植物測(cè)量。
